A Golf Professional since the age of 19, unlike most instructors I never had aspirations of playing professionally. My dream was to use my creativity, passion for learning, and communication skills to help anyone who enjoys working hard at honing the skills needed to the play game . If you're looking for a well educated and experienced instructor who can communicate the information you need in a manner you can understand, you're in the correct place.
There are three cornerstones in how I work with my students
Too many instruction programs start with goals that aren't quantifiable. My first objective is to help you set a realistic, quantifiable goal so we know exactly what we're testing and training for.
Once my players have quantifiable goals we test their skills that relate to their goals so I can create a practice program and lesson plan that we believe will be most effective for them.
When goals are set, skills have been tested, and my players have committed to a practice schedule, I can assemble a detailed program. My players are always prepared to deal with challenges.
“I first met Ryan many years ago while playing the PGA Tour event at TPC Avanel. I came in to the studio for help on my golf swing as it related to the biomechanics. I left with a great understating of what my body is capable of and how to change it for the better. Our friendship has grown over the years and there is no one else who knows the golf swing and how to improve it like Ryan. He is a great critical thinker who will give you many different, and some outside the box, ways to get better. Ryan is a resource that will better anyone looking for lower golf scores.”
- Charles Howell III, PGA Tour Veteran
“Ryan’s knowledge of ball flight, swing mechanics, cutting edge technology, and 3D motion capture data are on par with the best in our industry.”
- Joseph Mayo, Director of Instruction at TPC Summerlin
